Baptism

I promised my friends "over the sea" that I would start to blog in english. It is harder than I thought - to find the right words. It is so much easier to write in Norwegian, but here we go (It is good to practise, and please ignore my spelling mistakes).

I just wanted to show y'all some pictures from Ingvill's baptism, Augut 29. We had a lovely day in Sogndal (Kjartan's homeplace). The wather was great and a bunch of good people spent the day with us. My sister Livi carried Ingvill (with a broken hand!!! Kjartan took my family hiking the day before the baptism, and Livi fell and hurt her arm). But despite the accident Ingvill got baptised!

My nephew (Kasper) was baptised the same day as Ingvill. He and Ingvill are actually born on the same day, so it was so nice to share this event with Kasper and his family. We had a nice celebration.

We had our camera ready all day long, but both Kjartan and I forgot to use it (My mind was somewhere else. I usually take pictures all the time...) Therefore all these pictures are taken by Kristinas boyfriend, Bendik Halvorsen Grøthe (He is a really good photographer).
